1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how EGIXIA S.A.S. uses them on ai.egixia.com and related services, and what your options are. It complements our Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies?

• Third-party cookies: set by a different domain, for example an analytics or advertising provider.

We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags and browser local storage. This policy refers to all of them as "cookies".

3. What we use cookies for

Strictly necessary

They let you navigate the site and use core features such as signing in and keeping your session. Without them the Service cannot be provided. They do not require consent, but we inform you of their use.

Performance and analytics

They collect information about how the site is used —most visited pages, time on site, errors— to improve it. For this purpose we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

Functionality

They remember your preferences, such as your selected language or your last sign-in email.

Advertising and measurement

They measure campaign effectiveness and support relevant advertising. For this purpose we use Google Ads.

Our own anonymous identifier

If you accept usage measurement, we store a random identifier in your browser (egixia_anonymous_session) that lets us understand which searches are run on the site before an account is created. That identifier is sent to our servers along with the query, the referring page and the browser type. If you do not accept measurement, this identifier is not stored and those visits are not linked to each other.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by external organizations when we use their services or embed their content (for example web analytics or embedded YouTube videos). We do not control those cookies; we suggest reviewing those providers' privacy policies.

5. How to manage cookies

• Our consent banner: on your first visit we ask for authorization before enabling analytics and advertising. Until you decide, those cookies stay off. You can change your decision at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, which brings the banner back with everything denied.
