What we comply with as data controller, and what infrastructure we run on

Colombia's personal data protection regime, applicable to EGIXIA S.A.S. as data controller

We observe European and Brazilian data protection principles where they apply based on the data subject's residence

We run on cloud providers holding SOC 2 certification. The certification belongs to the provider, not to EGIXIA

Our security practices follow the standard's controls. EGIXIA does not currently hold its own certification

Each client has their own isolated space where their data is completely separated from other users, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

We implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure that only authorized individuals can access specific information.

Data is retained only for the time necessary to provide our services, with clear policies for secure deletion.
